1. You are representing Whitefish Bay and Jr. Dukes Baseball every time you wear your hat, whether competing or not.  Always do your best to positively represent Whitefish Bay and Jr. Dukes Baseball.
2. Make an effort to attend all practices and games; always give your best effort when you are there!
3. Respect all umpires, opposing coaches, players, and supporters.
4. While we encourage you to play other sports in addition to baseball, we ask that you do your best to not favor one sport over the other.  For example, the following attendance guideline can be helpful when making decisions about where to go:

1. Dukes Games
2. Other in-season sports games, including WFB Little League
3. Dukes Practices
4. Other in-season sports practices, including WFB Little League

There will be occasions when you will have multiple games and practices at the same time, and we ask that you rotate between each sport and not regularly skip one over the other.  Please communicate with your coaches if you need to miss a practice or game for any reason.

1. Be a good teammate to everyone on your team.  Encourage your teammates after they make an error or strike out.  You will find that picking them up will improve the team more than getting frustrated with them, boosting camaraderie, culture, and togetherness. Coaches notice these encouraging behaviors, as well.
2. Win and lose with class. You are representing yourself, your team, and your community.
